Shipping & Order Policy

Order Processing

Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure the highest standards. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched. Shipping & Delivery Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 6–8 business days depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Business Day Fulfillment Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Orders placed outside of business hours will begin processing on the next business day. 

Pick Up Orders

All pickup orders require 2–3 business days for processing. This allows our team the time needed to properly prepare your order to meet our standards. Once your order has completed processing, it will be available for pickup on the 4th or 5th day after your order has been placed, unless otherwise communicated by our team.

The pickup instructions will be sent via email or text message, so please ensure that your contact information is entered correctly at checkout.

Orders cannot be released without confirmed pickup details.
